5. The service
Zlobby is a community platform that combines a social network and a dating mode. The two worlds are separate: dating mode is an explicit option that users enable voluntarily (opt-in), and the social network works without enabling it.
The service notably offers: profiles (with a mandatory profile picture), posts, comments, reactions, private messaging, chat lobbies, likes and matches, virtual credits, paid subscriptions (Pro and Legend), and a cosmetics shop. A profile picture is required at sign-up and is subject to automated moderation by artificial intelligence.
6. Content moderation and artificial intelligence
Zlobby uses automated moderation of all content (posts, images, comments, biographies, avatars, gallery photos, private messages and lobby messages) through an artificial intelligence service provided by Anthropic PBC (USA), via the Claude model. The mandatory profile picture is systematically analysed.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 on digital services (DSA), every moderation decision comes with a statement of reasons specifying the content concerned, the reason, the origin of the decision (AI or human) and the right to request a human review. An appeal is possible within 30 days. For details, see our terms of service and our privacy policy.
