On Zlobby, you do not just browse profiles. You create a Lobby with a goal, criteria and a discussion space to gather the right people around a specific mission.

A team starts with a lobby

Whether you want to revive a guild, build a competitive roster, or just find two people to finish a raid, the starting point is the same: a lobby. You describe the game, the level you expect, the roles to fill and your play times. No spamming a global chat, no recruiting blind.

Other players see your lobby, apply, and you approve the ones who fit. Once the team is set, everything happens in the lobby chat: you organise sessions and stay in touch without scattering the conversation.

Is it free?
Yes, creating and joining lobbies is free.
How do I know if a player is the right level?
You go by their declared profile (platforms, level, role, availability) and by talking in the lobby. Zlobby does not sync in-game ranks: each player states their own level.
Do I have to recruit, or can I just join an existing team?
Both. You create your lobby to recruit, or you apply to other people's lobbies to join a team that's already up and running.
