Zlobby is a social and dating platform operated by Emeric Mathis EI (Cavaillon, France). This policy applies to the website www.zlobby.com and to the application accessible from that domain, anywhere in the world.

4. Third-party services and related processing
Zlobby relies on providers (processors) that may place technical cookies or receive certain data to deliver the service. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.
- Supabase Inc. (Singapore): database, authentication and file storage; sets the session cookies.
- Vercel Inc. (United States): application hosting and delivery; technical performance and security cookies.
- Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland): payment processing (Pro and Legend subscriptions, credit packs). Stripe may set anti-fraud security cookies during a payment. Zlobby never stores your card data.
- Anthropic PBC (United States): automated moderation of content and photos via the Claude AI. This service uses no cookies but receives the submitted content for analysis (see our privacy policy).
- Resend Inc. (United States): sending of transactional emails.
- Federated login providers (Google, Apple, Discord, GitHub): if you choose to sign in via one of them, they may set their own cookies at authentication time.

5. AI moderation and service features
Zlobby offers two distinct worlds: a Social network and a Dating mode enabled only by your explicit choice (opt-in). A profile photo is required at sign-up and is subject to automated AI moderation. All content (posts, comments, messages, photos, bios) may be analysed by the moderation AI to protect the community. These processing activities do not rely on cookies but are detailed in our privacy policy and our terms of use.

Zlobby does not load an external iframe, tracking pixel or browser request to a creator platform before you explicitly click to load that player. After the click, the selected provider may process technical data or set cookies under its own policy.
Players never autoplay. Your loading choice applies only to the selected card for the current visit.
