Find Valorant teammates who communicate like you
Find a regular duo or build a team around compatible roles, schedules and expectations. Make your next session easier to organise before the first round.
Find a group or recruit players with a Lobby
On Zlobby, you do not just browse profiles. You create a Lobby with a goal, criteria and a discussion space to gather the right people around a specific mission.
Lobby creation
Recruit players for a guild, team or event
A Lobby announces what you want to build: ranked roster, MMO guild, TTRPG table, Discord squad, carpool or convention group.
Members apply, you filter by criteria, then the group starts with a dedicated chat.

01
A rank does not describe a whole teammate
Self-reported rank helps put a search in context, but it does not explain how someone gives information, responds to mistakes or makes time for practice. Include your server, comfort agents and approach to learning.
Zlobby does not verify ranks or connect your publisher account automatically. Talk with candidates and try a session together before committing to a roster.
Our guide to finding a regular duo offers more ideas for a useful first conversation.
02
Useful details before your first game
Comfort agents and roles
Introduce the agents you enjoy and how flexible you want to be.
Communication style
Say whether voice chat is expected and how you prefer to give information.
Server and schedule
Share your region, time zone and realistic availability.
A duo or a complete team
State the open places and the commitment you are seeking.
03
Build a regular Valorant duo
Choose someone whose schedule and expectations fit yours. Discuss your goals and how you will respond to a difficult session. Check ranked eligibility in the game rather than assuming two accounts can queue together.
04
Avoid carrying solo-queue tension into a team
A stable roster benefits from clear roles and constructive feedback. Explain how new players are welcomed and how decisions are made. An application can begin a conversation without promising a permanent place.
05
Make communication a positive criterion
“Good comms” can mean different things. Give examples: concise information during a round, room for concentration and feedback afterwards. Respect players’ boundaries and use blocking or reporting when behaviour crosses them.
Your questions, answered
Can I search for a particular role?

Does Zlobby check my Valorant rank?
No. Ranks, roles and experience are declared by members.
Can I recruit a whole team?
Yes. List the open places, schedule and expectations, then use applications and Lobby channels to organise.
