Do I have to create a lobby, or can I just join?
Both. You create a lobby to gather your group, or you join an open lobby someone else already started.
Does Zlobby queue me into the game?
No. Zlobby has no in-game matchmaking: it's where you find and coordinate the group, then you launch the session in the game yourselves.
Is it free?
