Find Call of Duty and Warzone teammates
Bring together players for Warzone, multiplayer or Zombies with a clear goal, compatible schedules and the communication style you enjoy.
Find a group or recruit players with a Lobby
On Zlobby, you do not just browse profiles. You create a Lobby with a goal, criteria and a discussion space to gather the right people around a specific mission.
Lobby creation
Recruit players for a guild, team or event
A Lobby announces what you want to build: ranked roster, MMO guild, TTRPG table, Discord squad, carpool or convention group.
Members apply, you filter by criteria, then the group starts with a dedicated chat.

01
Name the title and mode first
Call of Duty covers different titles and activities. “I play COD” does not tell people which game, platform or mode you mean. Put those details in your Lobby and describe whether the evening is relaxed, focused or competitive.
Share your own experience honestly. Zlobby does not retrieve publisher statistics or guarantee a squad’s performance.
If you want a lasting roster, our guide to finding a gaming team can help you set expectations.
02
Build around practical expectations
The exact mode
Specify Warzone, the multiplayer title or the Zombies activity you intend to play.
Useful communication
Explain voice-chat expectations, language and the kind of callouts you prefer.
One evening or regular sessions
Give your availability and the commitment you are looking for.
Behaviour that works for everyone
Agree on respectful feedback and breaks when frustration starts to build.
03
Find a compatible Warzone squad
A cautious squad and a group that pushes every fight can have similar skill and still disagree all evening. Describe your pace, objectives and how you make decisions. Check the current in-game formats before filling places.
04
Multiplayer and Zombies have different goals
Short multiplayer sessions and a longer cooperative Zombies objective require different amounts of time. Tell players whether you are learning, completing a challenge or repeating an activity you already know. Make prerequisites clear without belittling newcomers.
05
Keep your squad organised
Use applications if you want a conversation before someone joins. Once the group is formed, Lobby channels keep schedules and session plans together. Avoid sharing account credentials or sensitive personal information.
Your questions, answered
Can I recruit for Zombies as well as Warzone?
Yes. Name the title and activity in your Lobby so interested players know what you are organising.
Are ranks and statistics verified?
No. Experience and level are described by members.
Does a Lobby create an in-game squad automatically?
No. Arrange the session on Zlobby, then join each other in the game using its own tools.
Start with a squad that understands the plan
Describe your mode, your schedule and how you want to communicate.
