This universe has produced more good games than most franchises have produced films. Knights of the Old Republic, The Old Republic, the two Battlefront eras, Jedi: Fallen Order and Jedi: Survivor, Squadrons, Empire at War, the LEGO Star Wars run that half of us grew up on, and the old X-Wing and Jedi Knight games that people still mod today.

Trooper armour, Jedi robes, a Mandalorian kit assembled plate by plate, a hilt machined from aluminium, a droid built in a garage: this is a fandom that builds things, and building things is much better with people watching.
Post the ugly middle stage, not just the finished photo. Ask which foam to use, how to weather a helmet, whether a pattern scales down.

Do I need to have seen everything?+
No. Nine films, a dozen series, forty years of books and games: nobody has seen all of it. Someone who arrived with The Mandalorian last year belongs here as much as someone who queued in 1977.
