1. Covered purchases
Zlobby offers two families of paid products:
- Pro and Legend subscriptions (monthly or yearly) — a digital service: access to extended features for the duration of the subscription;
- One-off purchases: virtual credits, packs (frames, banners, cosmetic themes), profile or post boosts — digital content delivered instantly.
2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you reside in the European Union (or a country with equivalent rules), you generally have 14 days from purchase to withdraw, under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. The mandatory consumer law of your country of residence remains applicable and prevails where it is more protective.
3. Consent to immediate performance & waiver
At checkout you are asked to expressly confirm that you want immediate access to your purchase and that you waive your right of withdrawal on digital content as soon as it is used (art. 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU). This confirmation is recorded by our payment provider (Stripe).
- One-off purchases (credits, cosmetics, boosts) — digital content: refundable within 14 days as long as you have not used them. As soon as you spend a credit, equip a cosmetic or activate a boost, performance has begun: the right of withdrawal is permanently lost on that item and no refund is due.
- Pro / Legend subscriptions — digital service: you may withdraw within 14 days. If you withdraw after starting to use premium features, you remain liable for the amount proportionate to what was already supplied; only the unused portion is refunded. Once the paid period has fully elapsed (service fully performed), no refund is due.
4. Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from “Settings > Subscription” (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: you keep access until then and no further charge is made. Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the period already paid and used.
5. Requesting a refund
To exercise your right of withdrawal or request a goodwill refund, email contact@zlobby.com with your account ID, the transaction (date, amount) and the reason. We reply within 14 days.
6. Disputes & chargebacks
If a dispute is filed with your bank or Stripe (chargeback), the credits, packs or boosts tied to the disputed transaction are automatically removed from the account; they are restored if the transaction is confirmed.
7. Fraudulent purchases
If your account was used without your authorisation, contact us immediately at contact@zlobby.com and notify your bank.
8. Dispute resolution
For unresolved disputes, EU consumers may use alternative dispute resolution. Depending on your country of residence, other remedies (local consumer protection authorities) may be available.
